- Adaptability WFS is able to adjust its operations to match with airlines operation briefing sheets, standard level agreements and all other specifics enquiries.
- Transparency A computerized operation data handling system was specifically developed for full compatibility with airline systems, complying with the IATA format, updating them on a real-time basis. Regular briefings/debriefings take place between successive handling teams in order to ensure service continuity, and flight handling reports are provided to the customer on-field representative.
- Tracking WFS uses IATA Cargo2000 milestones standards messages to provide via Web site, EDI real-time information and status of each shipment
- Security Absolute compliance with safety and security rules and regulations.Basic training and continuing education are carried out for the entire staff, under the supervision and authority of Airport Authorities and Civil Aviation Authorities. Compliant equipment and processes are installed such as X-ray machines, CCTV, decompression chambers, dog-assisted team units, RasCargo diagnosis for detection of explosives. Security audits and regular dangerous goods inspections are conducted as well as random tests in operative conditions.
- Network An integrated network supporting in and out road feeding of cargo shipments.WFS has developed a Road Feeder System concept, based on two route types: Trans-regional routes and domestic routes, consisting, of a European network of 28 Cargo stations.A foundation digest of cargo handling standards is applied at every WFS station all over the world.
- Communication Direct communication through the WFS Key Account Manager allows for prompt, direct attention to the individualized needs of the Customer.
A Local Account Manager (LAM) deals with the local representative of the customer at the country level, and one Key Account Manager (KAM) deals at a corporate level for all WFS operations worldwide.
Three yearly evaluation meetings are made locally with the LAM, and a yearly state of contract at a corporate level with the customer purchase department and general management, based on the customer satisfaction reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports.
